Privacy Policy

SmartLinks (smartlinks.uhlabs.tech) is operated by UH Labs. This policy explains what we collect when you use the product.

Account data

When you register we store your name, email, and a hashed password. We use this to authenticate you and operate your dashboard.

Link analytics

When someone opens a public SmartLinks URL, we may store event data such as approximate device type, OS, browser, country (from CDN headers when available), screen size, and a hashed form of IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses. Analytics help link owners understand traffic.

Site analytics

We also count visits to public product pages (for example the homepage, login, and register). Those events use the same privacy approach: hashed IP, device/browser signals, and an anonymous visitor id stored in your browser. Super admins use this to understand product traffic — not to identify individuals.

Cookies

We use an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the core product.
